My journey began as a homeopathic physician. For over 25 years, I have observed that our internal balance deeply affects our well-being. This nudged me to explore yoga therapy, where healing starts from within through awareness, breath, and the redirection of Prana (life force).
850 hour-3 year Yoga Therapy diploma from yoga vahini an International Accredited Yoga Therapy School( IAYT)
500 hour-2 years RYT( regional yoga teacher).
Certication in Vedic healing Chants from KYM( Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram).
